Course Preview – NewDominion American 4 Miler @ Run For Your Life - Midtown

A few of our team members our meeting at our Midtown shop Thursday mornings for course preview runs of our upcoming NewDominion Bank American 4 Miler presented by Novant Health course! Nothing fancy, just an early morning run to check out the new course for 2018. We’re excited about our new start/finish line as well as the rest of the race through the stunning Dilworth neighborhood! Who’s setting the course record this year?!

Since we’re staring from RFYL, we’ll have a 1/2 mile warmup as well a 1/2 mile cool down making the total run 5 miles. All paces are welcome, however be sure to look over the route to make sure you know your way just in case.

Injury Prevention – University @ Run For Your Life - University

Stop into our University store to learn more about injury prevention from our seasoned staff. We’ll keep you on the road or trails longer by making sure you’re keeping your body healthy before and after your run.

We’ll have equipment for you to use and/or purchase, if needed. If you have any of injury prevention tools at home that you would like to learn more about, please bring them along. Workout attire is required.
