For the month of July, Saucony is throwing a spotlight on the “Great American Running Shop” and we want to throw a party the only way we know how! It’s time for a run. And a little more…

Join us for a 30 minute jog followed by a 30 minute yoga session. This yoga session will be led by the one and only Michelle with Charlotte Family Yoga! We’ll have goodies, prizes, raffles, snacks, etc to keep the party going. Both the jog and the yoga are welcome to all levels and we’ll be sure to have someone at your pace out there! Yoga will be $5 which goes directly to the instructor and there’s no RSVP required.

Stop into our University store to learn more about injury prevention from our seasoned staff. We’ll keep you on the road or trails longer by making sure you’re keeping your body healthy before and after your run.

We’ll have equipment for you to use and/or purchase, if needed. If you have any of injury prevention tools at home that you would like to learn more about, please bring them along. Workout attire is required.
