Sports Bra Fit Appointments – University @ Run For Your Life - University

Have you ever wanted to come in for a private session to be sure you have the perfect fit for your next sports bra. We’re here to help you out! We know that sports bras should be replaced every year and how much it helps to have the comfort that’s best for your body. These sessions will be scheduled every 30 minutes. RFYL Field Trip to Cabarrus Brewing Run Club @ Cabarrus Brewing Company

We’re heading North to Cabarrus Brewing Company’s Run Club that meets every Thursday! The guest list is already stacked with Saucony bringing demos of their Ride, Kinvara, and Guide as well as Charlotte Family Yoga Center leading a practice after the jog! Cabarrus Brewing Co. Run Club will offer a 2, 3, 4, or 5 mile run before the yoga session!
