We are passionate about our community. We are even more passionate about helping our community become more active. In 2019, we’re going to do everything we can to get you out of the door during the hardest part of the year.
Starting on Saturday, January 12th, we are going to challenge you to get off of that comfy couch for 6 straight weeks and move. We want you to walk, jog, crawl, or sprint at least one mile outside every day for the entirety of the challenge. Not that there’s anything wrong with a little treadmill workout, but we’ve got to stay true to the name, Frozen Feet.
The cost of the program is FREE, the investment is in YOU. Each verified finisher will receive an invite to our Defrosting Party on Saturday, February 23!
What’s the goal? We are hoping to make it 15,000 miles to all 47 National Parks in the contiguous United States! Track your miles with us each week and we can do it together! How do you track your miles? It’s primarily on the honor system as this program is built for you to challenge yourself. We’ll have a weekly form for you to fill out so we can keep the group updated on how far we’ve made it!
